Since Sareefy is a marketplace, return policies are set by each individual seller. Every product page clearly displays which policy applies before you purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the description, you have the right to return it regardless of the seller's stated return policy.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on the seller's side.
Sareefy does not currently support direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
You can cancel an order before the seller marks it as shipped. Once shipped, the order must go through the regular return process.
To cancel, contact the seller via your Order Detail page as soon as possible.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Swiss consumer protection law and applicable EU consumer rights (where applicable). Nothing in this policy limits these rights.
